You didn't answer my question. It's not hard. Yes or no? Yes, sarcastic remarks like "ballgame", or "of course something not good happened, it's the cubs", are orders of magnitude worse than speculating on Byrd being hurt, regardless of how valid the claim is. Your posts are not for your own benefit. Think. Thanks dad. And it wasn't sarcastic, either. And it reflects more on the people who call me out more than it does on me when I'm called out while still being technically right. It's not helping your cause to say that you weren't being sarcastic when you say "ballgame" in a 3 run game in the 3rd inning. Flippant one liners don't add to the discussion and they add to a culture of thoughtless nonsense when it comes to game threads. Please stop it. I'll stop, but if you warn me, I think a warning should be issued to all the other people (some mods included) who use "flippant one-liners" like "fantastic", "here we go" or "typical Cobs" that also add to the "thoughtless nonsense" in the Game Threads. But, seeing as I'm a nice guy and I'm the ONLY one who ever speaks negatively about our beloved Cubs, I'll stop. See, all you had to do was ask nicely.
