The flaw isn't the ownership, there's nothing they did as far philosophy that I can disagree with. They hired a young GM with a diverse fb background who hired Fox (which was a mistake) but followed it up with.a young offensive minded coach and traded up to get a QB with the #2 pick. I'm all for rebuilding (and getting rid of this group) because who they hired were poor but the thinking behind it wasn't. The Emery hire absolutely was a disaster you can lay at the hands of ownership. Other than that though, they haven't been making the decisions that doom the team. They were relatively quick to move on from that hire though. Agreed, they've made bad choices and made poor philosophical choices but they've made steps to improve that, I hope they continue with progression with hires like Pace compared to Emery, Hatley, Angelo, etc.
