  1. 5.4 yards per carry w/ the Pats in a career high number of carries. It worked for them. Not much of a choice tonight Just give it to Pierce again, that was the best run I've seen in years.
  2. How dare you insult Garner. Where's Vance when I need hiim.
  3. Have we seen a quick slant at all today?
  4. That surprised me too.
  5. Fun bad time. Can I take back my 60+ pass prediction?
  6. This team is so unwatchable. Id like to blame Lazor when dials up 60 passes but the score and lack of HB will prevent that.
  7. Poor throw. Miller is still bad.
  8. I hope that call stands. I don't see it though.
  9. Obviously process can be bad with good results, but wasnt it the Urlacher draft that Hatley did on the way out? Ownership is... Okay I guess. They did their best process hire with Pace, thanks to the help of Accorsi, I guess. Funny enough though I think a lot of people thought they'd go to Ballard because of familiarity and he's probably just as good as Pace, if not better. I'm wait and see right now. Toughest thing with Pace is the potential lame duck next year. Especially with a aggressive GM like Pace.. Who might be desperate to save his job... It's just not a great combo. So if they end up in that wishy washy 7 or 8 win range.. What do you do? Keep in mind most signs point to needing something of a reset or retool year too. I'm all for blowing it up, the window closed. Give me the KC combo of Borgonzi and Bieneimy and see what happens or if Borgonzi wanted to keep Nagy.
  10. The flaw isn't the ownership, there's nothing they did as far philosophy that I can disagree with. They hired a young GM with a diverse fb background who hired Fox (which was a mistake) but followed it up with.a young offensive minded coach and traded up to get a QB with the #2 pick. I'm all for rebuilding (and getting rid of this group) because who they hired were poor but the thinking behind it wasn't. The Emery hire absolutely was a disaster you can lay at the hands of ownership. Other than that though, they haven't been making the decisions that doom the team. They were relatively quick to move on from that hire though. Agreed, they've made bad choices and made poor philosophical choices but they've made steps to improve that, I hope they continue with progression with hires like Pace compared to Emery, Hatley, Angelo, etc.

  12. the only wrong part is trubisky probably won't be available for a while I had to Google it, I had no idea he got hurt. Idiot Bears.
  13. Is it wrong that I hope they lose and put Trubisky in the rest of the year?
  14. Hate to burst your bubble but he wasn't a good PC in Cincy or Mia.
  15. 92 points in the 4th quarter, 7 in the 3rd this year.
  16. Even 6 win teams can start 3-0. I can't wait for another rebuild.
  17. Personally, I'd rather see Adrian Killins off the Eagles or former rugby star Christian Wade off of the Bills PS.
  18. It would have been much easier to just bring in a typical backup like Daniel rather than someone while not good, but who could outperform Mitch. Not if Nagy was fighting that idea. So Nagy has more control of who they add to the roster rather than who is on the field? Your logic is flawed from start to finish here.
  19. I mean that would be super duper dumb if true. I try not to contemplate super super dumb logic unless I have really good reason to. Pace looks absolutely idiotic for trading up to get Mitch over Mahomes and Watson. I don't think it is in any way unreasonable to think he would push his coach to make something if him. He doesn't have to make it an ultimatum to Nagy, he could he far more subtle about it throughout camp and the offseason. It would have been much easier to just bring in a typical backup like Daniel rather than someone while not good, but who could outperform Mitch.

    NFL Week 3

I thought the refs were trash in the Bears game, this is equally garbage.

    NFL Week 3

That is right in the flow of how the Saints play every week. Hardly a gimmick. Moving the ball fine with Brees, bring in the QB/ATH to run a RPO/wildcat type option isn't smart. Fwiw, I hate the wildcat.

Way to kill momentum with gimmicks.

    Nice tackling by GB.
  24. Only the Bears.
  25. Trubisky has the same QB instincts as me.
