  1. He's still doing pretty decent in the limited time he's played.
  2. http://img237.imageshack.us/img237/5813/image1ly8.jpg You will now put me in the clean-up role.
  3. It's almost like "Dark skinned players play better in the heat" sort of thing. You want to laugh at the stupidity, but you are too saddened by it.
  4. Isnt everyone?
  5. I bet we see more people leave the game than the amount of wins we have.
  6. That may not last. Looks like Leyland has as big of a man crush as DB did. From rotoworld.com Tigers managed Jim Leyland said he plans to use Neifi Perez over Omar Infante at second base for now. "I loved him in 1999 (with the Colorado Rockies) and I still love him," Leyland said. "He's got energy." If that's all it takes, maybe Richard Simmons can be signed to take over in left field. Even as a regular, Perez would have little value in AL-only leagues Seriously why do managers think he is good? http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h12/RunAmokinPitts23/hypnotize.gif
  7. Gotta keep your legacy alive, dude.
  8. I dont even think .500 is possible.
  9. The time he didnt ground into a double play, but instead a fielder's choice.
  10. I'm posting from half way around the world... Lahore, Pakistan. I am saddened to say I was very upset when I heard the news of the 2 grand slams on (International?/English?) Sportscenter. Anyhow, welcome back, and I will be back in Chi-town in 21ish days.
  11. Yup... $600-$800 million.
  12. It's not like he's going to do it alone. He'll be a big apart of it because of karma and knowledge of the game.
  13. Who didnt see this coming etc.
  14. Tyler Colvin strikes out with the tying run on 3B... with a 3-4 ballgame. Yup, this guy is definately a Cub.
  15. Haha. Another pickoff.
  16. Do you know your username has Rusch in it?
  17. Well... the whole "base clogging" philosophy will be completely gone... So OBP would considerabally rise. On top of that, less aggressive hitters. Consistent line-ups, benching struggling players like Pierre, and being unafraid to criticize a player would also be in effect.
  18. No question Ozzie would be better. He is just a winning, and aggressive manager... While Dusty is a player manager who gives up and starts making double switches too early. I dont know how Dusty would do in the American League, where there arent any double switches... But the Sox team they have now is healthy.
  19. Any chance of a call-up? He's doing great.
  20. Catch the Cubs tomorrow on CSN :o
