    Yep. Here's last year's thread. That didn't include a shutout... But Marquis threw one anyway. Results look surprisingly similar. Rich-Z-Lilly-Marquis (most to least votes) for both polls.

    Yeah, no kidding. Like the other day there was a post about the cards signing someone in Transactions. You know - because it's a transaction. But, wait, shouldn't it go in Rivalries? If you go in rivalries you can find threads about the Redsox..who we have played like 9 times in the last century, or something. Iunno. It's confusing to me, too. Exactly. That was another part of the suggestion. Transactions should be all teams... Since they're pretty rare compared to other discussions.

    I've posted this idea before, (Old Thread) but I did not get any feedback from an admin. The idea was that Baseball Discussions should be "Cubs Discussions" or described as "Cubs only" and Rivalries should be changed to "Other MLB Teams." Most forums do this and it works out fine. The biggest reason for this is because Rivalries is pretty much dead. Rivalries is pretty much dead. Changing it to "Other MLB teams" would make for better/simpler organization and a more lively forum.

    Wasn't this reported two weeks ago? It may have been. The Score was running it on their updates yesterday so I thought it might be new news. Like I said, it may be no big deal. What exactly is inside these "Chicago Cubs books" you speak of?

    That "stupid rule" is called copyright law. Details, details, details. I don't think anyone on the outside would have a problem with it as long as we give the source and not claim it as our own.

    Demp in the rotation? Didn't Cubs already try this in 2005? IT DIDNT WORK OUT. And then they moved him to the closer spot. Worked out fine. Hopefully he throws enough meatballs in ST to convince Lou he's not good enough to be a starter... That our he gets injured.
