    I flippin love who is in charge now. These are the moves that Dusty would have screwed up BADLY. He would have Blanco and Monroe on the bench and Marquis starting over Hill. And Trachsel would definitely be in the pen! I can't remember a season where I didn't second guess or get upset at our manager. Lou has been a GOD send!

    What is Izturis doing in the lineup? If you’re taking Pie out because of a left you gotta take out Izturis… His line: vs. Left G AB AVG OBP SLG OPS 19 31 226 .273 .258 .531 At Wrigley: G AB AVG OBP SLG OPS 19 53 132 .220 .151 .371 but yes, he should be in there and Fontenot shouldn’t. Fontenot was hitting .350 against left handed pitching in AAA!! Let the Rooks play when they are the ones WINNING the games!

Why not just have Marshall and Marmol in there instead? Sounds like a Shawn Estes type of signing to me. I truly have issues signing players like Dave Roberts and Batista--what good are these type of players? These are players that should go to the SFGiants. These are not 'win a world series players', they're 'field a .500 team players.

    Is there any chance you can ask Dusty or someone on the staff why he continually has low OBP players like Nefi Perez in the #2 hole? Why not put someone in there like Murton who has a high OBP? Let's get some guys on base for Barrett and A-Ram.

    Hendry was just in the booth and stated that they'll call up a pitcher tomorrow and he, Dusty, and Larry will decide after the game. He said that they have two in mind. And it seemed as if Glendon would get the start Thursday (vomit). I don't get it... Why do Rusch and Perez get SO many reprieves, but Murton doesn't? Murton has been one of the better hitters on the team in terms of OBP and Average and he sits on the bench often and is knocked for his defense. Walker's defense was knocked... Yet they are two of the more consistent pieces to the anemic offense.

    Ligtenberg is 35 years old and has sucked in his last two years. He's nothing special. Well, at least he is performing at AAA on a consistent basis. Novoa has been hacking it for a year and a half now.

    Is there a reason why he is still in the majors? Why isn't Lightenberg or Wuertz up? This guy is horrible and has NEVER proved himself!
