  1. I would go with CSN. But then again, I'm in Missouri and don't get to watch it. Anyone else feel like this is the best win of the season? Easily. I think Seattle was the best win easily. defending conference champs before they were injured, and nary a doubt in anyone's mind from the openning kickoff who was the better team. I was thinking he made it back. I guess my brain has been too full of politics and my new job to remember all this sports stuff lately. even so, I still consider that the best win of the year. this was a redemption game. that was the game that made everyone in football say "holy crap" They were missing the league MVP.
  2. Wow. That's horrible. Grossman? Moose? Tillman? I think they mainly did it because of the huge 26 yard run on 3rd and 22. Personally I think the whole team should get it, but I know they can't do that. which was exclusively attributable to surprise and good blocking down the field. Olin Kruetz could have gained a first down on that play if he had the ball.

  4. I counted six drops in the first half. most of them were short, but one "overthrow" bounced off of Moose's hands and would have been a nice gainer and a 3rd down conversion.
  5. TJ with "Rock Star" of the game. pukel
  6. Burress is one player ... He plays for the Giants, no? Face it, he was trash talking and just got punked. He ran his mouth without knowing the first thing about Tillman, and Till beat him. He should have studied the Bears/Vikings game tapes when Till was covering Moss. Unless you've got elite speed, Till can cover you. Not too many 6'2" corners out there. Burress was doing fine on Tillman, but its not like he can catch passes when Manning is getting rushed heavily/throwing 100 feet above his head. It's funny how a little trash talk gets blown up so much when you lose ... and it's not like Burress didn't play well. it's not like he played great. he caught a few balls, but never got deep and never broke off a big yac.
  7. wilkerson helps us out because TJ once again was making a b-line for the sideline.
  8. And with all these upsets lately, that just goes away because anybody can win any given Sunday. well they have now thrashed two 6-3 division leading teams, so I don't know why that nonsense existed anyway.
  9. what's so hard about this put your feet on the ten. if it's over your head, let it go. if it's not, catch it.
  10. thank you for once again stating the blatantly obvious there Andrea.
  11. not good. no Berrian, no Moose = last years offense.
  12. I don't think he ever had that kick in his leg, much less here at the end of his career in the Meadowlands.
  13. Dear Nathan Vasher Remember when you thought you would hold an NFL record all by yourself until the day you died? it didn't last much more than one year, and I'm sure you have no problem with that.
  14. damn. bounces and calls not going our way. would be a huge game to hang onto all things considered.
  15. like I said guys, alot of this is on ABC, not Lovie. at first glance, I thought it was another bad call, and with the way the bad calls have been coming, can you blame him for questioning a call that he can actually review?
  16. way to be quick on the replay trigger there ABC. Lovie...just save your timeout. Hochuli isn't going to give it to you even if its there. in this case, it is not.
  17. the Giants fans and Coughlin are footballs version of Cardinal fans and LaRussa.
  18. I'm telling you, it's not this game, it's this crew.
  19. terrible call. the beat goes on.
  20. I've been saying that for two seasons. I think Angelo's philosophy is to build the o-line in other ways...which is stupid because the most predictable draft picks are o-lineman.
  21. good play by Rex to eat that one. bad punt by Maynard.
  22. people go different ways with this. I agree with the decision. you can't assume your defense is going to throw a shutout the rest of the game. that automatic one can be very valuable down the road.
  23. no vision. bust that to the right and you get 10-12
