    He's in a tough spot, I think most GMs are like Jed and don't mind higher AAV on shorter deals and Cody wants a long-term contract. I think that ship has sailed over the horizon.

    I don't dislike the WS. I don't think much about them at all. I think it's more fun when Chicago has good teams. They are awful and have incompetent people running the organization. I wish this were the case for the Cardinals and Brewers. The WS and Cubs are more alike than we want to admit.
