actually in a perfect world, both teams could have lost that game. they're both bad.

can't wait til upshall is healthy and downie comes off suspension. With a full lineup, the flyers can throw up the following lineup: gagne-briere-knuble hartnell-carter-upshall umberger-richards-lupul eager-downie-kapanen smith-timonen coburn-hatcher jones-kukkonen very deep lineup... plus van riemsdyk, giroux, parent, nodl and potulny waiting in the wings. paul holmgren has done an amazing job so far... i shouldn't have doubted him.

pretty sad that a guy putting home games on tv means he's doing a great job, but when your previous owner is Dolla Bill Wirtz, just about anything is an improvement

not sure if holy cross will be able to top their 59-10 shellacking at Lehigh this past weekend... i'm still trying to decide whether to make the hour drive lewisburg and watch us beat up on bucknell, or hang around here and tailgate before the psu-o$u game.

it's not fair to say they're NOT the 12th best team in the country either. They haven't lost to anyone, so it's more that they're an unknown at this point.

There wasn't a hold or a tackle. Fred Miller got his arm around the defender like it was going to be a hold, but he never got a grip. And while Miller did spin him a bit, the defender never went down to the ground. If he had, there likely would have been a flag thrown. it was definitely a hold, but the eagles deserved to lose anyway, so not a big deal

Boo-hoo. We're 7-0. You're not. Advantage Jayhawks. And you've played crap teams, that's why you're 7-0. Come on, you know that kU isn't near as good as their ranking indicates they are. hard to say, but road wins against K-State and Colorado are pretty solid wins. I do think that Mizzou is one of the top 10 teams in the country.

you just gave up a two minute, 97 yard drive with no timeouts to Brian Griese and the Bears offense. Bitching about reffing is not allowed. it was an easy holding call that was missed. But yeah we suck, and I really hope we don't win another game this year. We suck too dont worry, Id rather we lose out then get 7-8 wins and miss the playoffs and get a crap pick +1 I'd rather we lose games so we can get a decent QB with our draft pick than win a few more games and just miss the playoffs. maybe you can have mcnabb... i hope the eagles blow up the team and start over

dont underestimate the suckiness that is the Bears they are so pathetic, it's amazing...there's no excuse, none. Ron Turner needs fired so badly. Twice today we have been in 3rd and long, and we have thrown 3 yard quick outs i thought this was only a west-central pennsylvania thing
