It's going to have to continue if they want to win. Saints defense is being completely stupid allowing a 60+yd bomb for a TD and a Jones-Drew return for a TD. If it weren't for that, it would be a Saints blowout. if the saints had a defense, they'd probably have won the nfc last year

Aside from complete homerism, what is the justification for having Florida #7? And ahead of Georgia and Auburn, for that matter.

OSU is definitely the best program in the Big Ten right now, Michigan is marginally better than Penn State overall (though they don't do a great job of recruiting speed or developing talent at WR/LB/DB). That was easy.

Haha, yeah, my bad. Anyway, there's no defending his attitude in these threads. I dare you to try. As a Michigan St fan, I cannot disagree with what Truffle said. As for Truffles arrogance, I find this pretty common amongst PSU fans. If there team isnt as good as the other team, its because the other teams are either paying players or getting officiating calls or both. wrong. anyway, does verne lunquist ever do a bad game? it seems like every SEC game he calls ends up being a great game that's down to the wire. Also this BC game is pretty funny, the weather is just awful there. both BC and FSU like to throw the ball, but that's not gonna be a great option in these conditions.

their only game actually... even in 2001 when they were a good team and pulled the upset over michigan, they went out and lost the next week, at home, to a bad indiana team. 2004 they blew a 17 point lead to michigan, and the last game of the year got blown out by penn state in probably our worst year of joepa's tenure. moo does the same things every year: 1. start out looking very good 2. either upset or nearly upset a very good team (this year it was #5 wisconsin) 3. totally and inexplicably lay an egg the next week (this year - lose at home to northwestern) 4. play hard and beat or almost beat michigan 5. mail it in after that (i guarantee that they lose badly to purdont next week) the only exception was the last year of the bobby williams era, when they had already quit before the michigan game and lost 49-3. I was at the last game that year, Moo gave the worst effort I'd ever seen from a D-I team. Larry Johnson needed like 250 yards to get 2000, and he had it by halftime (along with 4 TDs). I think it was like 48-0 at halftime and it actually could've been worse.

okay can't say i really sympathize with USF begging for weak pass interference calls at the end of their game... you turned it over 8 times, you lost the game for yourselves

USF has pissed the ball away 8 times and is still only down 5 points late in the 4th quarter... that is pretty sad

I don't even need to know that Michigan State is a school to know that you post more about Michigan getting away with calls, or about other teams that beat Michigan or about your little brother syndrome than you do about Penn State in general. There are other Penn State fans on here that don't act like that. Hell, even Derwood acts more mature about it than you do. But every gameday, here's Truffle, "WHY DOES MICHIGAN GET ALL THE CALLS", "OH GREAT, NOW THEY LOST AND CAN PLAY THEIR BEST GAME AGAINST US". I really think that if you could take a step back and look at yourself, you'd be as embarrassed as the rest of us. way to completely misunderstand what i was saying. Really, run along donkey, find someone else's skin to unsuccessfully get under.

boy it's a great thing for penn state that they play moo at the end of every year. By that point they've usually lost their super bowl (michigan) and then mailed it in, so what could've been a dangerous game has become an almost guaranteed victory
