that's gotta be it for nathan, right? hard to see him wanting to rehab from that so that he can come back and pitch on a low salary at age 41 or 42. although jamie moyer blew out his elbow at age 47 and rehabbed it to come back and pitch at age 49.
Hope Fowler's injury is not serious. I feel like the Cubs have had an unusually high amount of injuries so far, albeit none to their really important players. But taking players like Neil Ramirez, Grimm and La Stella away and replacing them with the likes of Schlitter and Herrera is a clear downgrade.
i can't remember the last prospect i felt more relaxed about than bryant. like, never having any doubt that, assuming health, he would at least end up good, and very well could be great. i guess prior was the last one.
