    i like how they have ed dechellis holding a clipboard with the nittany lion logo on it during the commercial with the various coaches. i guess they (rightly) assumed that nobody would know who the hell he was.

    unfortunately there's still plenty of time for psu to blow it. they don't draw that well normally, and with most of the students not back and in the midst of an ice storm, i'm not surprised that attendance is really bad.

    haha yeah right. usually i do really well during the regular season and then crash and burn in the bowls. this is the first year in like the last 5 that most of the bowls went the way i thought they would. i think the bowls are usually pretty unpredictable because teams are off for a month and momentum (coming into the game) means just about nothing.

    what's your score? i'm currently at 425 with a 23-9 record. 596th place nationally. i'm pretty certain to drop, though, since i only have 5 on tulsa and 4 on oklahoma left.

    maybin says he's coming back; let's hope he sticks to that. he'd probably go top 10 if he comes out. i could see williams working his way up into round 3 because he'll probably show well at the combine.

    At least five members have been incredibly rude to me from the get-go. I'm issued a warning for fighting fire with fire. It's beyond ridiculous. Guess if you're not in a clique or a longstanding member, you're not allowed to defend yourself. I didn't even realize I was in a clique. I just laughed at your strange opinions. The "Clique" begins with IMB!, Meph, Derwood, and Truffle...what, you didn't get the memo from them? That Jersey guys is the biggest prick though, watch out for him. Though he is not as bad as that goony guy was. that is the weirdest idea of a clique ever. one of those people is on my ignore list.

    same reaction here. fangraphs has burrell's last two seasons valued at $20.4M, and his last 4 valued at nearly $44M. so yeah 2 years and $16M is pretty much a steal for them.

    it's a myth. to be fair, the big ten did what they were supposed to do. they were underdogs in every bowl except for the outback bowl, and they lost every game except for the outback bowl. they also were heavy underdogs in several games (fiesta, rose, capitol one, insight).

    Two most annoying bands in college athletics, without a doubt. oklahoma has to be in the mix too. but yeah, o$u is awful. texas incomplete pass? STRIKE UP THE BAND. texas gains 20? STRIKE UP THE BAND.

    Gee, if only florida and ole miss played each other this year, that would have been interesting to see what would have happened. oh well! brandon spikes is a complete moron. i also remember him calling georgia classless or something after their whole team ran on the field to celebrate the touchdown in 2007, and then the next year he goes and dry humps moreno after tackling him. can't have it both ways, douchebag.
