    i've been really impressed with his eye and hit tool. i knew he had good power but the contact rate is really solid for someone with big-time power and good patience. between him and baez it would be really nice to get one star-level player.

    loving the VSL cubs so far. 50 runs allowed and 20 errors in 4 games played.

    and geiger is 5-5 with 4 doubles, 1 triple and 1 walk. bet he and soler wish it were a tripleheader.

    sure, it was only like 2 or 3 years ago that he randomly got good. any reliever with a glimmer of promise can bounce around for a while.

    shelby miller has a 1.40 era with better than a strikeout per inning and a K/BB ratio of nearly 5. and he's 22 years old. :x

    yeah his stats are mediocre after like a month and a half in his first crack at AA, at age 22. mineaswell just release him now.
