They dont give you teachers internet access? My mom teaches and they've got free roam of anything pg-rated. We do have Internet access, but I'm an itenerant teacher this year, so I'm traveling between two schools. Also, at the beginning of the year, I'm usually so busy that I rarely have time to get online during the day. oh, ouch.

It's .343...with 1 HR and 1 RBI. Pretty expensive to pay $8 million+ for a singles hitter with a fading glove. He's a singles hitter based on his first 20-something at bats back? Don't you know small samples are the perfect way to validate your arguements? -
Id cut Washburn or Loaiza before Maddux personally, but the numbers right now point to Maddux.

I think Nomar goes with Corey in the X-factor slot. If Nomar and Corey are hitting, we should have a chance. If they aren't, you'd better hope Derrek and Aramis put up Bonds-esque numbers from here on out (not to say they haven't been great so far).

I was at the I-Cubs game last night and for the record Ronny's HR was absolutely CRUSHED - no cheap fly ball. Hard to tell once it got out of the lights but I'm pretty sure it cleared the ballpark. He also flew down the line to break up a DP in his first AB. His defense was pretty shaky - but man do I love watching him play. -

Oh, its not that i have a lack of outfielders. I just have a bunch of mediocre ones... Rondell White Mark Kotsay Sammy Sosa Lew Ford Jason Dubois Brad Hawp Brad Wilkerson. Again it's a keeper league right? I'd highly recommend getting Francouer if possible. The kid is a very highly-touted prospect, and a stud to boot. Hitting over .400 with 7 bombs since his callup in July. He's certainly not mediocre.

Neither of them are real impact players, I'd rather just pick up a Francouer or Rodriguez for an outfield slot.
