    Personally I wouldn't because I dont think much of Ensberg. But if your going to lose Hernandez anyways, I suppose you might as well.

    You could get more. If he can't part with anymore of the everyday players then at least pillage his farm system of high-level prospects.

    I almost forgot about his little hissy fit. But, I dont know who else i really would want on that team. Outside of cano. (and arod, but i'm talking realistically) Id take Giambi(with them eating lots of payroll of course) in a heartbeat, but we have nowhere to play him. He was horrible in the OF. Yech. No thanks on Giambi. Off the juice he's not the same hitter he once was. He's mashing again, and I fully expect him to continue. The guy is loaded with talent, bottom line. He's finally got himself back on track, imo. I dont expect him to put up MVP numbers again, but he's going to hit.

    Jaret Wright. If you sign him to a low-cost contract you can opt out of if he's hurt for an extended period of time, fine. But anyone crazy enough to think he was going to be on the mound for more than 15 starts once out of Atlanta should be pantsed in public. Last year was a fluke.

    Cards. When it comes down to a matchup like that Id prefer the winner comes out of the NL Central.

    SS is a tough choice, I love Nomar, Cedeno, and Furcal. Any of the 3 would make me happy, but I'd prefer Nomar above all. Maybe I've been in the koolaid too much lately but why isn't Hairston an option in CF for a year or two, until Pie's ready? His D isn't all that bad, certainly no worse than Corey's had been lately, and his speed helps to make up for bad routes.

    you might want to pick up Jorge Sosa from the Braves, he's been doing great for me.

    On the surface I'd say no, but based upon your needs and your backups I'd probably do it.

    Randy Johnson for Prior 2 days before he came off the DL. Wood for Beckett when they were both coming off the DL, Beckett's back on already. Obviously I'm the one who recieved the cobs pitching. oh, and picking up Giambi after seeing him on an ESPN day game, and having him hit 4 bombs in the next 3 games wasn't bad either. and yes, I'm in first place. Also sent the commish (who tried to block these trades) to last place in his own league during our head2head matchup. life is gooooood.

    Yea, I really have to think it was his choice. He's wildly popular at Sec Taylor and was having a good season. I suppose I should be glad that I witnessed his last game as an I-Cub, though now I'm wishing Id made an effort to get his autograph while I still had a chance. He was an incredibly nice guy and was one of the reasons I enjoyed going to I-Cubs games so much.

    This might have been asked or answered already, but why can't anyone see my avatar that I'm linking to unless they're premium? As far as I know it only eats the bandwidth from my actual host.

    The 'FREE DUBOIS' movement seems null at this point, since its the last game of the season and he's finally starting. Triple, HR, and a deep fly-out so far, I think hes showing that he has the stuff. Hop on this off-season, its what all the cool kids are doing.
