What about creating a forum for people who want to share their skill in everything from photoshop to paint. It could be a good section. I partially thought of this idea from the idea of people(myself included) putting cubs hats on our FA targets. Obviously it could be used for more than that, but its just one example.

 

Maybe that stuff could just go in social, but a nice defined place wouldn't be bad either.
