The Rockies aren't done dealing yet. According to the Denver Post, the team is moving forward on a trade that would send Shawn Chacon to the Yankees for a minor-leaguer capable of contributing next season. Chacon has made just one start since returning from a hamstring injury, and will likely have to prove his health before a deal goes through.

Couple other sources confirm this - sounds like it's about done pending a physical. Will this really help them anyway?
