PC Replay Baseball Game - Retro League Starting Up

I'm starting up a Retro Baseball League with the 1947 Season.

We will use the PC Replay Baseball game.

Hoping to find a knowledgeable old Cubs baseball man or woman to take them over.  Be the GM, draft for them and make trades. Hopefully buy the game eventually.
You don't necessarily HAVE to buy the game at the start. My Excel Spreadsheets should be all you need to be a GM, draft and trade.
