So they get a warning and no penalties while I get shafted without warning and without clear justification of what penalty was applied to my teams?

 

Maybe in the 5 weeks since my points came across where others can at least get time to make an adjustment? Perhaps the commish has grown a heart from the whovillians and learned from the mistake 5 weeks ago? Who knows? However, I find this an egregious example of my earlier points. I don't mind these 3 teams getting a warning and time to adjust without penalty. I only wish I was afforded the same.

 

To avoid future random penalites, after tonight's accepted trade, is my roster still compliant? I ask since I am still locked out of the archives where I am to look for answers to my simple (?) questions

Oh, By the way....I'm not sure about this honestly....In the trade offers I have sent other owners I haven't received clear replies but is it bad form to simply accept a proposed trade without conversation? If that is not cool, please reverse the trade. I did accept the deal as offered without any side conversation but I don't want to make the other owner upset or surprised if it adversely effected his roster this week. I traded with Calvinball...not sure the equivalent screen name is here....

i'm the commish and i'm still a heartless dick.

 

i try to check people's teams and give them warnings when they need to make changes. the rules allow you 7 days to move someone from the DL when they come off the DL in real life. So when we're in the middle of that 7 day window and I know about it, I'll let people know. I try to help people out. But sometimes I don't see issues until after they've already had illegal rosters for a while.

 

maybe you'll feel better but raw loses his best start for having paxton in the minors if he doesn't come up by tomorrow, his next start. the other roster issues were fixed.

 

what makes this league particularly difficult is stuff like this. i try to help people out and if they don't notice the post here and at CBS, then they get mad when the rules are enforced and sometimes threaten to quit. When I notice some issues but not others, the owner of the teams with issues I don't notice get mad when the rules are enforced. it'd be cool if everyone just took a little personal responsibility and when they had an illegal roster for a week, just accepted the penalty without bitching or calling me a dick.
