Didn't see a general offseason thread, but if there's one that I missed, please feel free to move this there.

 

Speculation out that Grienke is about to opt out of his contract ($71M remaining over the next 3 years.) Speculation is also that the frontrunner to land him is... the Dodgers.

 

Suppose they're giving him an extra year with a little more money in order to attempt to drastically lower their bill on the luxury tax? They are currently paying the 50% tax. YOWZA.
