How about a lottery....everyone has to pick one name, and one reason for banning.

 

For example you might pick "Diamondmind" and "goes on a racist rant" or "Rondon Fan" and "flips out about having proof that sliding into first is faster than running past the bag" or "LLF" and "provokes modzilla" or my favorite "ARCubsFan" and "reveals himself to be Da Bum"
