Moncada will sign soon, but he's clearly in the minors. Olivera (2b) is 29 so he'd be in the majors. Jose Fernandez (the 2b) is like 26, so my guess is he's also in the majors.

 

Tomas is 24 and has actually signed. I'd guess he'd get the same treatment as other major league players - if you draft him in the major league draft, you have to keep him in the majors all year long.

 

I'm probably missing some. But I don't think the japanese pitcher that tranny was drooling over got posted.

Rusney Castillo is in the major league portion for certain since he got PT last year.

 

Despaigne from SD is in the same situation.

 

Jung-ho Kang was signed by the pirates

 

That's all I'm getting off the top of my head. I know there's more Cubans, though. Several of which are unsigned and won't be eligible unless they sign before the draft.
