In the past, I remember reading that rosters for all teams "lock" on the last day of the regular season, by which I mean, after the playoffs, all team rosters go back to how they were on the last Sunday of the regular season. That way, no team gets the advantage of making moves that could change their keeper roster while other teams are in or out of the playoffs.

Is that the rule? Just looking to clarify upfront.

That is my understanding. All non-play-off teams cannot make any changes. Play-off teams can make changes, but once the season is over they have to return to the exact roster that they had at the start of the play-offs.
