If that were to happen, does that mean he goes on waivers and gets picked in waiver order or is it just the first guy lucky enough to be by the computer to snap him up ?

It's not going to happen, so I won't venture a guess as to how RK will handle it. I think it's easiest to just think of him as a prospect for the draft.
