My comment was intended to be at those bickering that your roster mistake was a big deal. It's not. Simple mistake. We've all made them and we know your integrity. It's fantasy baseball and, like golf, a lot of how it's played should be on an honor code and self-controlled.

 

A private message is better form for handling these kid of simple mistakes.

I don't understand this thinking. He made a mistake in violation of the rules so the rules should be applied to address it. No ones asking to castrate him. It shouldn't be a big deal.

i don't think we're clear on the rules. what are "the points in question"? all his points for those two days? just scott rolen's points (i.e., one)

 

let's just get a consensus on a hard-and-fast rule and have it apply to all owners, so that we aren't worried about how long someone's been in the league for, or how frequently they mess up, or how much integrity we think they have. if we want to just take away one player's points for a first offense and then wipe out all points for repeated violations, i'd be ok with that.

Just to clarify....I meant this comment as a general observation and not directed at anyone.
