iirc, I still had the second highest score in the league last week. Even with a -24 start from wells thrown in there.

Considering I'm 3rd in the league in scoring and 6th in the league in breakdown I have to say whoever came up with this league schedule sucks!!

NSBB trades Dee Gordon and his third round pick in the 2011 draft for Adam Dunn.

 

Thought I could get more for Adam, but it was the best offer that I had and with this latest loss...

The pendulum has really swung as to how much the early round picks are being valued in the league. It's really hard to pry those first and second rounders away from people, even for the stars in the game.

 

I agree. When Juan reduced the keeper point total then the value of draft picks went up.

Yeah, I'm pretty happy with where things are. You get some decent enough talent in the draft while still being able to keep at least a few really good players. Fine tuned enough that any changes are just subtle ones to keep Adam from winning again.
