Cuban pitcher Aroldis Chapman has signed with an agent.

Chapman defected from the Cuban national team earlier this month. He will be represented by Athletes Premier International. The next step to pitching in the major leagues would be establishing residency outside the United States and becoming a free agent. Chapman, 21, is considered by many to be the top left-handed pitching prospect in the world.

Any chance of the Cubs getting in on this guy or are they just more comfortable with the overpriced veterans?
