I know there are a number of posters out there who like the pretend they run this place, but I never have. Im just saying, it would be easier to compile a list of trade proposals than a new one every time.

It's not your place to request or ask such things. If you have an issue with someone, take it up with a moderator. In the meantime, there is nothing wrong with the original post. You could choose to ignore it if a post like that bothers you that much, though.

I would agree with you on Fossum. I also don't think the Cubs have nearly as much to offer other teams for guys like Beimel. There are other teams currently in the race who have much deeper farm systems and can offer up much more than we can.

 

I'm also not sure Beimel is someone the Cubs should target when considering how little they have to offer up to other teams.
