1. Live draft similar to current league

2. Auction style draft

3. Offline draft through internet

4. Offline draft live somewhere - say phoenix in march

#4 seems extremely unlikely to happen. I like the auction idea, though. I've never been through one of those in fantasy baseball.

True - especially with 16 managers. I think it would keep people more involved though since you have to face up to the other managers if you are not responsive.

oh, the auction would include all players in the database. new additions would be drafted once a year.
