Which team is unoccupied? I was under the impression that Shnsajax was still managing his team and that he did make his necessary cuts on the 17th of Feb.

I'm only assuming Shnsajax did it. If that team was truly unoccupied, I would think Juan would have replaced that team well before the draft.
