Let's just say these things happen for the sake of argument:

 

-Matt Murton is traded as part of a deal to land Brian Roberts

-We miss out on Fukudome

-Pie is named the starter in CF

-Hendry, desperate for LH power, signs Geoff Jenkins to play RF

 

What would you all feel about signing a free agent who put up a .328/.410/.613 line against lefties last season to platoon with Jenkins? Others teams probably aren't all that interested in him, and for his own personal reasons, he might be willing to come here a little cheaper than usual. Would you do it?

 

(of course i'm talking about bring mr. SAMMY SOSA back baby! make it happen jimbo)
