12 Team 6x6 (general 5 plus obp and losses) h2h league. We keep 3 guys based on draft position. I would be able to keep only one of Lincecum, Gallardo, Liriano or Salty as a 25th rounder next year. I'm currently in first place and I have had great pitching and a pretty solid offense all season. With concerns about Lincecum finishing out the year as well as Beltran struggling/hurt would it be wise to deal Lincecum for Markakis?

Here is the rest of my roster (note, I have done very well in all offensive categories except batting average)

C: Mauer

1B: Hafner

2B: Freel

3B: Arod

SS: Guillen

LF: Duncan

CF: Bradley

RF: Abreu

Util: Adrian Gonzalez

Bench: Kaz Matsui

Bench: Beltran

Bench: Salty

SP: Peavy

SP: Sabathia

SP: Zambrano

RP: Lidge

RP: Hennessey

RP: Valverde

P: Neshek

P: Wickman

Bench: Lincecum

Bench: Gallardo

Bench: Gorzelanny

Bench: Oliver Perez

DL: Pedro Martinez

DL: Liriano

In a 12 team league, how did you get Mauer, Hafner, Arod, Beltran Gonzo, Peavy, CC, and Z?

It's actually not that hard to believe, imo. ARod fell quite a bit in a couple of my leagues (by "fell" I mean to the late 1st round).

I could see getting this:

ARod - 1st

Beltran - 2nd

Peavy - 3rd

Mauer - 4th

Z - 5th

Hafner - 6th

CC - 7th

Gonzo...whenever - he's been dropped in 2 of my leagues, he's not having a great year.

Here's how:

Mauer - Traded Griffey (whom I got for Buehrle), Blanton and Kazmir

Hafner - 2nd round pick

Arod - 1st rounder

Beltran - Traded Swisher, Penny, F. Cordero

Gonzo - 15th rounder

Peavy - 4th rounder

CC - 6th rounder

Z - Traded John Maine

I've had some very solid pitching this year and gotten away with a couple good deals. Anyway...would you guys make this move?

No, and I wouldn't even think about it. You can probably find outfielders as good or better on the waiver wire.

Not outfielders that play center. The only guys available in center are Harris, Church, Monroe, Byrd, etc.

Plus, I'm worried Lincecum won't be there come playoff time.
