playoff push

I am in a tight division with four players via for two playoff spots. I am looking for improvements at one of the following positions: catcher, SS, and CF. I have David Price, Evan Longoria, and a couple of other minor league pitchers and of course, draft picks. In addition, I am willing to trade either of Dan Haren, Rich Harden (although injured), and Chris Young for an except catcher, SS, or CF that can help this year.
