Young pitchers

I have Shields, Germano, and Carmona and with Beckett coming of the DL am looking to deal one of the young guys. All of them have been keeping men off base like none other, but only Shields has been doing it with Ks. I know Carmona has a good sinker, but how about Germano? While it appears that of the three Shields success is the least flukey, obviously hes the one with the least chance of notching a win. I thought Germano would go back down when Hensley got healthy, but hes been struggling in the minors and Germano has kept it up, so he might be up to stay for at least the forseeable future. Rank the players in terms of who you would value vs who you think has perceived value.
