In two of my fantasy drafts, I used my last few picks picking up rookie or inexperienced players hoping that they would turn it on this season. On one team I've got Ryan Shealy, Troy Tulowitski (Stephen Drew is starting at SS), and Matt Murton sitting on my bench. I've also got Delmon Young and Iwamura in my starting lineup. Shealy and Murton have really disappointed so far, so what would you do with them? It is early, so I might keep them to see if they can turn it around but at this point I'm about to clear my bench and start playing the hot hand game.

I'm already doing that with my pitchers, and it worked out good with Wakefield giving me a good outing the day I picked him up.

I've always been a big Wakefield fan (he was my avatar for a time). Aside from that I've done something similar - Tulowitski and Murton both floating about (Troy is my starting SS - I'm looking at picking up a more experienced one at somepoint).
