I've been trying to pry Chris Young away from this guy in my league, and he makes me this offer.

 

Prince Fielder and Bronson Arroyo for Chris Young and Coco Crisp.

 

Now, I'm not gonna take that. That's a crappy trade.

 

But what if I came back with Fielder, Griffey Jr., and Arroyo for Young and Carlos Lee?

Nice. I tried very hard to get Carlos Lee. Offered D Lee, good OF replacement in Brad Hawpe, and a good closer in Saito. Another offer I made was D Lee and Verlander. Both rejected.

Arroyo and Fielder for Young and J.J. Putz.

 

Thoughts: I think Arroyo is due to suck soon, and I think Young will be a better second half pitcher. I can afford to lose Fielder, as I have Nick Johnson right behind him. Is this trade worth it or am I not getting value?
