You mean the fact that they call him Chris Marmol?

Yeah.

Pretty sad that the official website doesn't even know his first name.

Maybe Chris is the "Americanized" version of Carlos???

Lmao,

How about..Christopher Zambrano or Andrew Guzman, etc..

In the actual article it's typed as Carlos. Its obviously just a typo. Jeez, have you never made a mistake in your life? People are finding everything and anything to rip anything associated with the Cubs about.

A typo would be Carlas, Chris is a completely different word. The Cubs provide a lot of stuff to rip.

Alright let's see how I can rationalize this. Big Z is an "established" pitcher so they will not "Americanize" his name. And Guzman has a "holy" name so Angel is okay. This is all George W.'s work in play here. You know how much he don't like them foriegners...

Isn't it supposed to be pernounced "An-hal" or something? The 'g' being silent.

Yeah, I don't know. I am just trying to find some way to defend the Cubs. It is getting really hard lately

It may be pronounced differently, but it still means the same thing in Spanish. "Angel" means "Angel."
