2005 Cubs Run Expectancy

Just got done playing with Tango Tigers Shorthand RE formula for the 2005 Cubs.

Using this RE last years Cubs #1 hitters cost the Cubs 13.5 runs with the bases empty! They had a total of 510 PA with the bases empty and in those 510 PA they cost the Cubs 13.5 runs. That is how bad they were.
