At least from what I can remember most people on NSBB expected a .350 OBP from Pierre. Pierre has been a huge problem as to why we have been sucking it up.

 

Some expected that or higher, others expected a little lower. Nobody expected him to be this bad.

I'll be the first to admit that I expected him to have at least a .340 OBP. While its not too late, I can't imagine him climbing beyond .325 at any point this year.

this year dusty, prior and jwilliams have killed the team. Lee's injury & ARam going AWOL are killers too.

 

Did you intentionally leave JP and his sub-.270 OBP out of the list of "killers"?

 

the expectations around him weren't too high, so didn't feel like lumping w/ with the manager, 2 starters and aram.

Mindboggling claim, given that Hendry considered leadoff the big problem with the offense. Or was this thread on Jim Hendry's comments not concerned with what Jim Hendry thinks?
