Here's a Link (.pdf file) to a publication put out by the Southern League. It includes interviews with Wes Bankston and Dave Roberts and includes Marmol as receiving the Pitcher of the Week.

Do they come out with that publication every week?

To be honest I'm not 100% sure. Since it has the Hitter and Pitcher of the Week, I'm pretty sure it is.
