Wanna See How a Baseball is Made?

I was reminded from a side conversation that baseballs are a mostly manual manufacturing process. There is some automation in the making of the pill in the middle, and the twirling of the layers of string and yarn and stuff, but the 108 stitches are done by hand and it looks tedious. Anyway, just an excuse to share this very cathartic video.

World Series Dreaming

Hi everyone, I'm a bit unemployed still at the moment, but Brock said I should probably share our little hobby podcast that I did when we still had the World Series Dreaming blog active. No Dogs Allowed...

I got to hang out with my dog a bit today (much to his chagrin) because the wife and kid went to Christkindlmarket at Daley Plaza, and puppy needed a human to be with him.
