  1. Neifimagic reaches on an error by Encarnicion Cedeno strikes out Maddux bunts into a DP Fundamentals people!
  2. Encarnicion grounds to Cedeno, throw off line, but Lee makes the tag Hatteberg sends a rope right to Murton Kearns flies out to Pagan in RF on the warning track
  3. Bunt base hit Hairston flied out Lee walked Double steal attempt, catchers throw into the outfield, Pierre scores,Lee to third Lee scores from third on a sac fly from from Barrett Pagan doubles to left Murton pops out to second
  4. Lee with the walk, showing us why he is deserving of the big bucks.
  5. I won't give you the full commercial, depending on the type of tooth being treated, how infected it is and whether you went to a general dentist or an endodontist factors into it. Meanwhile, back to baseball :) Leave us evil dental propagandist! :D Nice first inning for Maddux. Pierre! Nows about the time you try for your first stolen base,
  6. As the public relations coordinator for the American Association of Endodontists (dentists who specialize in root canals), I must stop you for that statement. Modern root canal treatment is virtually painless as endodontists employ expertise in anesthesia and modern instrumentation that cause little discomfort and can complete treatment in one visit. The myth that root canals hurt has been perpetuated through stereotypes that no longer exist. You know, like the fact that Neifi is a solid hitter. Whew. Now I feel better about posting at work, because I'm kinda doing my job now! I had one last summer and it was pianful as a mofo.I had one a year or so ago, it wasn't too bad, but it wasn't painless. Now tooth extaction, that was relatively painless...as my former wisdom teeth will attest.
  7. Wind blowing out to right according to Andy Mazur.
  8. I'm just curious, who are the numerous "critics" that think Prior needs a change of scenery? This is the first I have heard of it.
  9. So expect a line-up that includes Neifi, Pagan and Hairston tomorrow. Will the wind be blowing in?
  10. What does Glendon Rusch have to do with Andy Sisco? If Sisco was still in the organization, he'd likely be in the same position as Marshall, Guzman and Ryu. In other words, Rusch still would of gotten a $5 mil, 2 year contract. The title of the thread makes the comparison. Ha! Well there you go. Still, the point remains the same.

  12. It's for games like this that God invented beer.
  13. Or watch this for some some fun video simulated nostalgia not involving the Cubs... http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=8547285560243429315&q=RBI+baseball&pl=true
  14. Thank you Dusty for leaving Ohman to face the righty. :x
  15. I think I liked it better when Rusch was giving up solo home runs.
  16. According to Pat, Mabry was in the on deck circle but was pulled for Bynum when Cedeno flied out.
  17. Freddie Bynum = the new Jose Macias.
  18. I don't take any solace in that it could have been worse. Actually, if you told me beforehand that Rusch would pitch 5 IP and allow 4 runs on a day in which the wind was blowing out, I would of liked our chances.
  19. I'm assuming this will be Rusch's last inning.
  20. What happened to all of those Jock Supporters? :)
  21. Normally I would say 4 runs won't win this game, but the Cubs can't seem to hit Bronson freakin' Arroyo.
