    w/ RISP Sosa: 43 BB in 183 PA's Olerud: 46 BB in 176 PA's Okay, so taking that into consideration and just looking at their at bats (not plate appearances), what percentage of runners did Sammy drive in? Maybe I'm wrong here, and if so then fine, but I don't see any point in adding the times when the players walked into the equation.

    At this pace the Cubs will have to be up by 10 or down by 10. I know you're somewhat joking, but come on. Lou isn't going with Howry over Wood because he's afraid Kerry can't handle a four run lead. I don't know what, exactly, his reasoning is but it can't be that.

    I just realized that I have money in my Paypal account somehow. So, I just went ahead and signed up for a month of Premium to see what the fuss is all about. If it's snazzy enough, I might just go for a whole year. Tim, let me know when you've received it. Also, how do I log into Premium?

    That's bogus. You're counting the times when Sosa was walked against him. He can't control if he gets pitched around. I don't know where you're getting your numbers otherwise I'd look it up myself, but... take away the times when he was walked, and then what percent of runners did Sammy drive in vs. Olerud? Stop the BS. You DO realize that Olerud walked a lot more often than Sosa, right? You DO realize that with runners on 2nd and/or 3rd and first base open, Sammy was walked basically every time, right? Did it tell you that in your stat book? Olerud, probably not. What are the numbers?

    Wuertz, Z, Wood, Lee, Aram...maybe some others I'm pretty positive Wuertz wasn't there.

    Derwood, it doesn't matter who drove more runs in. Clearly OBP wins games. Getting on base is enough, it doesn't matter if you score when you get on base.
