Yeah, he just did and almost caught him napping. Yeah, I must had missed that part, but still, the way the runner was leaning, he's bound to slip while trying to get back.... Oh well, no harm done. Struck him out.
You're not wrong. I get more and more surprised by this as time goes on. Same here. At first I thought it was a bad signing, but Meche is proving me wrong, and making Dayton look smart. Most people give me grief becuase Meche is in the all-star and his W-L is pitiful. I rebuked them and told them "What's his ranks in the AL on ERA and IP?" I also responded that Meche has 12 "quality starts" and has worked at least six innings in 14 of his 17 outings. His 5-6 record is a result of limited offensive support; his ERA is a better indicator, as well as ERA+ -- and ranks nearly 1 1/2 runs per game better than his 4.65 career mark entering the season.
410 I believe Where are they building the new park? Z is looking good tonight, at least on gameday. I really have no idea about the new park. I only know it's 410 to CF because BB was talking about it earlier. The new park will be about 6 or so blocks south of the Capitol near the Anacostia River. Thanks Here's a link of what the new park looks like. It looks pretty sweet. http://washington.nationals.mlb.com/was/ballpark/newstadium.jsp Edit: Never mind Bruce, I found my answer to my question. Thanks though.

When is the projected date for the completion of the park? For some reason, I keep thinking in 2008..... Of course, I could be wrong as usual. :D
I thought I read today that he is starting tommorow Excellent. Bruce said in another thread that Lou and the coaches are working hard with Felix to get him to improve mechanically before they start giving him regular PT again. Just like they fixed Murton? No, the opposite actually. Murton changed his mechanics over the winter, and the coaching staff wanted him to change back to what he was doing at the end of last year but Murton refused. I guess I couldn't understand why Murton wanted to change his mechanics, since there really was nothing wrong with it in the first place, or at least in my eyes.
