  1. Guilty as charged. heh heh.
  2. Choi not doing anything exciting. Ok, 2 HR's, at least better than Bay.
  3. I'm guessing either his father or a family member.
  4. lol, this made me laugh. But it's actually for free Ground Shipping on orders of $99 or more. Which means, usually shipping is around $8-$10 or so, give or take.
  5. Finally got his 9th out. Here comes a gold ball pitch.
  6. And his bat just couldn't handle it anymore. Damn, he's not only destroying the balls, he's also destroying his bat.
  7. That's 15 right there. Edit: New record. He has now 16, beadting Tejada's 15 by last year.
  8. He's getting close to 15 HR's
  9. That one was absolutely murdered.
  10. Would have been nice if he was in the AL. Then that's one less Cub killer to worry about.
  11. So we gonna talk about the HR Derby on here or the game thread? Just wanting to be sure.
  12. Heh. Talked about Derrek Lee's possibility of the Triple Crown. Then Harold Reynolds asked him how his shoulder was, which Lee responded that it was feeling good. Then Renyolds asked Derrek, who he thinks will win the HR Derby. Derreck kidding around, saying that Carlos Lee will, becuase he's his cousin. Then he said, naw, I'm just kidding, but I do think Carlos will win it, becuase he has a good swing.
  13. That was the poll from the Tribune's poll about Rogers choice.
  14. I think it's part of dead arm that he has. Not sure what the cause is, but I'm assuming that he might have been overused perhaps. Also the move from starter to bullpen can mess with some people's pyschological mind I would guess. Let's see how he'll perform with some days off and I'll get back to you on that.
  15. Yup, 32 from last year. Already half of the season, he has 27. Looks like Lee can be a 50+ HR hitter if he continues this pace. It'll be interesting to see how many intentional or unintentional-intentional walks he'll be receiving in the 2nd half of the season. Moving ARam up to 4th would be helpful if that starts to happen Well, yesterday and today's game, Aramis was batting 4th. with Barrett batting 5th, and Burnitz batting 6th. I think, how our line-up is constructed, the 1 to 6 doesn't bother me that much. It's the 7th to 8th batters that I'm worried.

  17. Still 7-4, Brewers lead in the top of 9th.
  18. Santo opined that Rusch is not getting his normal movement on his pitches. That does sound like a dead arm to me. Ditto. The positive thing is the All-Star came at the right time for everyone to get their rest, and get geared up for the 2nd half of the season.
