That was Aramis complaining about the day games if that was it. no there was a quote from derosa in today's paper.

    bunting with your cleanup hitter. Trying to steal 3rd with 2 outs. Id really like to know if the steal sign was on or not. I have to think it was because I really dont think Barret would just steal 3rd with 2 out like that Did Murton try to steal with him? If not, I doubt the steal sign was on-there would be no reason for Barrett to go and not for Murton to go. iirc, murton did not take off. is it just me and my terrible memory, or does it seem like barrett does that kind of stuff a lot? like he doesn't think things through.

    are there any stats to suggest this is a fluke, or the real deal? i always liked mitre, so it's nice to see him doing well. just sucks that it has to be with the marlins.

    You forgot about having our cleanup hitter Barret attempt a sac bunt. Brilliant I tell you just freaking Brilliant!! barrett seems to do that on his own a lot of times, and part of me thinks that is what he got balled out for after eyre gave up ethier's shot. like "well, if you hadn't bunted there, maybe that homerun wouldn't be as big a deal."
