  1. Thank goodness Raffy is no longer an O or there might be some problems. Maybe not at his age.
  2. I didn't know that Bernie Mac works for Rotoworld?
  3. At what point are they going to IL players?
  4. The amount of buildings in NY and Boston older than Fenway is pretty high. It'll need repairs, but it should be able to stand for quite a while. It was the weeks old stuff that collapsed, not the 90 year old stuff. Must be union work.
  5. First Pie and then what, crisps? He needs to break the habit before he is hooked. Jim just say no to marange!
  6. I think heredia is only on year older. You must really like Farnsworth if you're willing to say that Heredia hasn't been that bad. That's you prerogative. Heredia b-day 6-20-75 Farns b-day 4-14-76
  7. Looks like the Colts D was the right pick after all. Dolphins D 369 yds, 20 points, and 1 TO Colts D 346 yds, 28 points, and 4 TO
  8. Evidently he can't hit the high inside strikes either.
  9. Time to end Texas' national championship hopes and increase the Red Raiders'. Should be a great game.
  10. Tennessee's the only team that isn't in the bottom 10 in PPG too though, they haven't exactly been shutting down offenses as capable as the Rams. But the St. Louis D is second worst when it comes to points allowed and towards the bottom yards given up/game and passing yards allowed so I would say the Colts offense will spend a good portion of the game on the field. The Colts offense may be the best defense.
  11. No offense, Sir Knight-life, but that's a "homer" response. Go with the Phins. Cadillac Williams is hurt and may not play, leaving Brian Greise, Michael Pittman and Joey Galloway. How is that a "homer" response? The Colts are +5 on giveaways/takeaways and with little running game from the Rams the Colts should be able to apply plenty of pressure to Bulger. Plus the Colts defense have surrendered less than 6 points a game. I am not a Colts' fan as Monday's game will be the first I have ever been to in 12 years I've been in Indy. But they are playing very solid defense unlike years past.
  12. Louisville has more than one team? That's unfair! The paid and the unpaid teams. Oh wait, you were talking football. Nevermind. :P
  13. If they start getting creamed, I expect you to run on the field and sweep Tori Holt's knee. I will at least toss a chair in front of him.
  14. Colts in the dome. The crowd noise will put a damper on the Rams high-powered offense and the Colts defense is on fire I will be attending that game Monday night.
  15. Nice try on the Nowitski trade :D I had to try. I'm sure I don't have much you would want (whom I would be willing to give up) I trade you Brad Miller for Peja.
  16. Laugh now boys. I got around the malice in the palace (had JO and Artest last year) and still made it to the finals. I will do the same this year. Missed the draft due to a puking 8-year old. But such is life.
  17. So you think Iowa can keep themselves in the game?
  18. What about K-State at Texas Tech and Indiana looking to get a win at Iowa?
  19. So smoking is allowed in Comerica Park now?
  20. So you play better defense than Roast and you're left-handed?
  21. I was injured part of the season, and I mostly posted during the day. So blame day posting, not us. It's ok JC we all consider you the Jose Macias of this site. Come on. Macias wouldn't have any trouble with day posting. He is made for being up in the middle of the day. In addition, Macias was about the only one not injured on the team. I'm more of the Scott McClain type. Lots of thunder, but too often missing my mark. You're right. You are the Nomar of this board. Lots was expected of you and you performed badly, then got hurt, and never lived up to your potential. Me, I'm Neifi, here everyday, ok as a fill-in, and occasionally turns in a gem.

  23. I wasn't really referring to the BCS poll. In the AP and Coaches VT is getting closer to Texas each week in amount of votes received. If they both keep winning, VT is eventually going to surpass Texas, especially if they beat Miami. Those polls allow the human thought of schedule strength, quality victories, etc to play a role. As a result it may affect the BCS poll, but not as much as it should. Unfortunately the BCS polls don't use rationality to determine things. If so Auburn would have been in the NC last year, which they deserved. The BCS will be a mess again this year, I think. EDIT: I hope the BCS will be a mess this year. I worse it gets the more likely it is a more suitable solution will come about. I'll be pissed if Texas is this years Auburn. That will be taken care of 3 games from now.
  24. It is tougher than you think to break the cola habit.
