    Well we just lost two players (Mo Creek and Verdell Jones) to injury so...I don't know. I still think Crean could have managed the rotations better today. But our bench is painfully thin on talent now. I think most IU fans give Crean credit for being a great recruiter but at the same time think the book is still open on what kind of a coach he is. Personally I don't think he has gotten the most out of the team this season (even before the injuries) so I am disappointed. But getting Cody Zeller to commit is going to buy Crean some degree of slack from the fans. Now if we suck this bad next season with Cody on the team then folks won't be happy at all. The scary thing to me is that next year's team is essentially going to be the same roster as this season except for adding Zeller. And while I think Cody will be a really good player, he isn't going to come in and singlehandedly turn the thing around. So whatever issues have been holding back the current group of kids from developing more quickly, Crean has gotta figure that out over the summer. This season most of the fanbase was expecting a run at NIT eligibility (15-16 total wins) and that just ain't happening now. Edit - I forgot we add Austin Etherington too but I don't think he is an instant impact player. Just another wing player.

    Maurice Creek has a stress fracture in his right patella, out indefinitely. Not the same knee he hurt last season. Oh well.

    Id really like to know how you say Seattle is a well coached team after that game yesterday. That gameplan vs the Bears was one of the worst Ive ever seen in professional sports. Seriously, did they not watch any kind of film? They didnt blitz Cutler at all the entire 1st half, that is pure idiocy. I thought the exact same thing myself.

    IU wins a Big Ten game! Whew. Led by double digits pretty much the entire game, 20+ at times. How can Michigan play teams like Kansas and Ohio State close and then just suck that bad against IU? I mean I am glad they sucked but still, it is perplexing. :P

    Not really worried about Seattle per se but I always get nervous for playoff games anyways. Can't wait for kickoff. Having trouble sleeping.

    Yeah. I mean they did convert with a running play on 3rd & 7 earlier in the drive but that isn't something I would have counted on happening again. The way the Jets have controlled the ball in the 2nd half it is conceivable the Colts won't see the ball again this game.

    I'm not going to be very happy if Michigan fires Rich Rod and replaces him with Brady [expletive] Hoke. Yeah I don't think Hoke's resume is impressive enough yet to say he should be the next Michigan coach. I mean he has done well enough at Ball State and SDSU but it still is kind of a limited sample size. Plus how often does Ball State get a kid with the talent of a Nate Davis?
