Do you really think hed be much worse than Floyd out there? I doubt it, and the offensive upgrade over Floyd would be enough to make up for it.

I wouldn't do Dunn for Pie straight up, as a Reds fan. I have no idea what we would do with Pie and Kroeger either. Only thing I can think of is Votto to LF, Pie in CF, and Kroeger at 1B. We still have Conine and Hatteberg as well. Im sorry My point was we still have to move those guys. I know, I was just joking

Are you seriously using win/loss as a basis to your argument? Hill gets no run support, and win/loss is a terrible stat to judge a pitcher The man thinks Don Kessinger was good. What did you expect? Look at his run support and see why hes a .500 pitcher -

Cubs could be tied in the loss coloumn, and the Padres have played 3 more games than the cubs right now.

Len said that if Kerry feels OK tomorrow, he will pitch back to back on Thursday and Friday. That's a pretty big step. Question: Are the Cubs going to keep moving Kerry up the minor league ladder or are they going to fast track him to the big club so they can take advantage of whatever bullets he has available in his arm? Hopefully the first option, and won't the Cubs have to make a 40 man roster move before they can activate him? I believe so, but there are numerous options. Release/trade Miller release Dope, and others also
