This never seems to be an issue when people talk about Dunn. Huh? Dunn may only hit .246 sometimes but he slugs over .500. Most people wouldnt care about Bradleys .245 avg or whatever it is if he was slugging better than .398. and had more than 16 RBI. Your comparison really makes no sense. -
I thought Hart has been really effective since being moved from the pen to starting in Iowa, but was pretty bad when he was pitching out of the pen?

Woulda thought they'd play Johnson against a lefty but lets see what Fukudome can do Well Im sure its a reward for Fukudomes day yesterday, and maybe Lou is realizing Fukus slump that hes been in has coincided with him sitting alot vs leftys. I really think thats why Fuku has slumped recently, he just hasnt got alot of consistent playing time.

Yep. Stayed to the very end. Don't know if I would have made it if I was in the sun. I stayed to the very end as well. I was standing up in the last row of the Left/center bleachers and Im burnt to a crisp. Why I didnt wear a hat I have no clue lol. I will say that my 1st time sitting in the bleachers was really cool. I had a blast, and the game just made it even that much more enjoyable experience. However, next time I will have a hat and sunscreen :D -
Theriot was going to be safe no matter what on that hit. The only question was if Sori wouldve held at 3rd or not, because Vizcaino got a bad jump off the mound and wouldnt have beat Theriot to the bad.

Call me a bandwagoner or whatever, but I feel I just might make the 7 or 8 blocks north to Wrigley tomorrow. Ill be there in the bleachers, but dont have time before the game to meet up with anyone. However, after the game, especially if Cubs win, I got a little bit of time before my train leaves to come home for a few beers. Let me know anyone who is up for it

I swear it seems like Gregg has had terrible luck pitching for the Cubs this year. His defense has been brutal for him. It hurts not having an out pitch though.
