what game? Vance, since you are so easily in, can you check the status of bleachers on weekends games that are completely sold out. Still bleachers available on Sat 4/14, 5/5, 9/1, 9/22. Those are the only Saturdays with bleachers available.
I'm still getting the "high volume" error message, so I haven't been able to see what's available. I'm not even going to buy at this point, this is just out of curiousity. Most weekend summer games are sold out. A lot of the games have no bleacher seats, but it appears there's a lot more available than usually is this late in the day. I think the brokers were working it early, but once the "hot" games were gone, no one wants to risk being stuck with tickets again this year.
Some of you guys must have a gift for getting through. I'm all done for the day, but i'm hearing a lot of people say they haven't gotten in once. And they all had like 20 windows open. And yet only a few have asked me to get tix for them. I don't know how, but I can get through.
If I had to bet, you're gonna lose all 12. Unknowingly, 3 years ago my brother and I each bought 6 tickets to the same Red Sox game. (different name, same address) All 12 tickets were cancelled. Wow...that would have sucked losing Red Sox tickets.
It takes longer sometimes for the confirmation email to go through. On two of my purchases, the emails came within 5 min. On the other, it took an hour. Just something to keep in mind. No. I bought it five mins after my last purchase. All of those arrived before noon. I never got a confirm screen and the comp froze up and kept returning to the pay screen. I'd keep clicking pay but it never went through. I'm pretty sure I didn't get them.
That is so freaking stupid! I dont give a damn about a freeakin 24 hour baseball station and neither could most baseball fans. Its not going to cover thier team 90% of the time anyway. Most of the news that fans want to hear can be gathered easily off websites or local tv or espn or 100s of other sources. Saying that they wont give EI to cable and dish because of them not wanting to carry a station that most people dont give a hoot about anyway is just pure bull. They are just looking for a reason to make some extra money and they dont apparently care about thier fans. Its wrecklessly stupid to treat your fan base this way. I dont see how it helps them for less people to be able to purchase thier product. I sure as heck wont switch tv companies to get it. I hope the FCC or Congress or someone will stand up and do something about this. Goverment often sticks thier noses in places where it doesnt belong but this is one case that they would be warmly welcomed. However, like the NFL, MLB may want to put games exclusively on this channel like the NFL does with their Thursday broadcast. Not having it available could hurt advertising. In all honesty, I think this move has more to do with improving the value of MLB.tv
As all know, I did well. I got 4/9, 5/18, 5/19, 5/20, and 5/28. I already had tix for 5/29 and 5/30. I could have bought more, but that's all I needed to do. I should have had 4/21 bleachers, but it looks like it never processed.
No windows currently open, but if anyone still needs tickets, I'm going to be online for another 15-20 mins before heading to the gym. Also, for those wanting Sox tickets or home opener, I have some available. Prices are in this thread or you can pm me.
any 7/21 bleachers? Thanks. i'll check,....nope. no bleachers. how about the 22nd? yep...if you want them, I can pm you my cell #. that'll work. thanks a lot, vance. done.
It's showing bleachers available...not sure how accurate until you actually try to buy them. I have four in section 209 right now...if you want them. nah, thanks though vance. turns out my buddy upgraded his seats through a dbacks messageboard and got great seats. so i don't need to look anymore. appreciate it though. That's good.
